Concierge's Desk: I purchased a Medium and it fit nice and loose around the core & chest, it was snug in the arms, perfect for accentuating the biceps. For reference, I ordered a Medium khaki shirt and my dimensions are: 42.0" chest, 15.25" biceps, 32.0" waist. It fit great, and it looked great as it hides the belly and shows off the arms.
