Concierge's Desk: I purchased a Medium and it fit nice and loose in the body and chest, it was a bit tight in the biceps and forearms, so pick a size depending on the look you're aiming to achieve.  For reference, I ordered a Medium green long sleeved shirt and my dimensions are: 42.0" chest, 15.25" biceps, 32.0" waist.  Even with the tight arm fit, I wouldn't purchase a large, as it may be too drapy around the body.
